Standard check out is at 11am, however later check out and earlier check in can be accommodated based on availability and a fee of 20usd to 30usd may be charged. Breakfast can be ordered from host at least the night before for USD10 per person and transportation to and from airport and beaches can be arranged at an additional cost. If the apartment or anything in the apartment is damaged, guest will be held responsible for damaged items. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and the space is not appropriate for parties NB: A fee of USD $250 will be charged for smoke treatment and cleaning if smoking takes place inside the apartment. Guests should be comforted with the knowledge that the property has cameras outside of the building.
