Welcome to my little sanctuary, a cozy apartment overlooking the ski resort. Nice starting point for skiing and cycling at Hemsedal Ski Resort, mountain hikes in summer and winter, cross-country trips and fishing in both Hemsedal and Gol. Cross-country ski trail right by the apartment with nice tracks and snow for large parts of the winter season. There is a ski bus between the ski resort and the city center in winter. You will receive your own door code and check in yourself. The age limit for the tenant is 25 years. The space The apartment is 36 m2, located on the 2nd floor with a 25 m2 southwest facing terrace on the ground floor. Consists of 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and living room with open kitchen solution with dining table and four chairs. The bedroom has a double bed with bunk beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be turned into a very comfortable double bed (Bolia Sofa Bed). There are 5 beds, but recommended for max 4 people. The apartment belongs to the condominium Huset på Prærien, Holde Senter. It consists of 2 buildings with a total of 28 apartments. Between the buildings there is a common area with benches. The area is quiet and peaceful and great for families. Only 600 m to Hemsedal Ski Center for skiing and biking experiences. 2 km to Hemsedal center on foot. 12 km to Lykkja and Gravsett Skiarena, where there are great cross-country skiing opportunities throughout the winter. The nearest grocery store is Matkroken Alpin at Lodgen in Hemsedal Ski Resort. In the city center, Coop Extra and Spar are within walking distance. Guest access Entire apartment. Parking: Between the buildings there is a carport, with a space per apartment marked with apartment no. There is also a gravel area between the buildings which is parking for guests. Other things to note Rent mainly to quiet families/couples/friends who want to use Hemsedal as a holiday destination. You must bring the following yourself: Sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers Towels Dish towels (there is a dishwasher in the apartment) Toilet paper Kitchen towel roll If you arrive in Norway by plane for your stay in Hemsedal, I can assist with bed linen and towels for the stay for an addition to the price.
