Mountain Goat Townhouse

Our newly built townhouse is within walking distance to several restaurants, the local brewery and a small grocery store. It is quiet and modern. Please note: This home isn’t set up for infants or toddlers and no child-specific items (crib, high chair, gates) are available. Families with young children should review the space carefully to ensure it meets their needs. The space The Mountain Goat townhouse is decorated in modern mountain style with minimal furnishings to make it a relaxing and clutter free space for our guests. We have lived in Europe and love the hotels in the Alps with the alpine decor. We tried to replicate that comfortable and relaxing feeling in the townhouse. There is a designated work station in the second bedroom for guests who need to work remotely during their stay. We have a fantastic stereo system with multiple speakers for streaming your music in the ceiling for your enjoyment while cooking dinner or relaxing. My husband loves to ski so every weekend during the winter we are here! We have a dog and often bring her with us to the townhouse. She is a Goldendoodle and does not shed. Guest access There is a designated parking spot in front of the townhouse. This parking spot does not accommodate an RV or cars with trailers. With the exception of the garage, the entire townhouse can be used by the guests. Other things to note We have exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the townhouse, which also records. There is a front door camera and keypad on the door. There are a lot of stairs in the house. We have installed a carpeted stair runner on the two flights of stairs. There are other buildings under construction outside our townhouse which may cause some noise during the summer months. In addition, it is a middle unit in a row of townhouses. If you are planning on fishing while in Alaska, please know that cleaning fish is not allowed inside the townhouse, as well as outside on the property premises. Registration Details STR20261792
