Welcome to our Studio Apartment located in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore. We are one block from Mercy Hospital, one block from the Peabody Institute. The JHU/JHMI shuttle stop is also one block away. Also minutes away from the Walters Art Gallery and the Washington Monument. Our apartment is newly renovated with hardwood flooring, an cozy island that seats two, a fully functioning kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove/oven, and an updated bathroom. The space The unit is located on the first floor. There are around 4 steps to get into the building. Guest access The guest will have the studio apartment to themselves. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the building.
