Outside, you will have access to a utility room with laundry facilities. Though this property has no outdoor space, you can access the beach in a few short steps, just across the road in front of the cottage. Right outside the property is the South West Coast Path, a long-distance walking route that cusps the coastline and passes some incredible views. Porthleven itself has a variety of restaurants, independent shops, and a scenic harbour and pier (400 metres). Further afield, you can visit the iconic St Michael’s Mount (8 miles) and the bustling town of Penzance (12 miles).
