Beautiful place on the edge of the dam

The space Our farm is in Anhembi-SP, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with air-conditioning and TV, and the last one with only a ceiling fan. Of the four bedrooms, only 2 are en-suites and the other two share a social bathroom. The TV room is very spacious, the house is all balconied and has a space with some toys for children, a ping-pong table, bicycles and also some equipment for weight training and a spinning bike. The pool is made of fiber, approximately 6 x 2 meters and 1.20 meters deep, and has a small waterfall, with some benches and umbrellas around it. The barbecue area is very complete, with a freezer, minibar, cooktop, TV and sound, as well as all barbecue and cooking utensils. The river is approximately 350 meters from the house and can be accessed by walking through the pasture. However, we do not have any infrastructure on the riverbank; it is a virgin shore. The site is fenced, has an electronic gate and security cameras. We have a space with a garden fireplace and benches where you can gather with your family and friends and enjoy good times. Our garden is all lit up and very beautiful. Co-host Márcia lives a few meters from the main house, and will give you all the support and assistance during your stay at the site. Because it is a site located in the countryside and although we are always taking care of all maintenance, cleaning and fumigation, we recommend caution with animals and insects, such as snakes, spiders and scorpions. Guest access You can use the entire site except house number 2 where the co-host resides and the workshop and tool room. Other things to note Note: we provide barbecue utensils except charcoal! It is not possible to put a boat in the reservoir, but the city has a public boat ramp We request that the sound volume be moderate and that it be turned off after 11:59 p.m. After booking, we will request a copy of the CNH or RG of the reservation holder, as well as the list of guests with Name, Date of Birth and RG.
