Bedroom right in the middle of Mississippi neighborhood. Chill in living room or backyard, if you can peel yourself away from the tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, & breweries nearby - Portland spirit! Public transit very close - both MAX & bus lines. About 10 min drive (and 20 min on bus) from Downtown hot spots like Powell's Books and Voodoo Donuts. Very close to other busy hangouts like N Williams Ave, Interstate, N Killingsworth and NE Alberta Street. The space Great location in Heart of Mississippi Neighborhood - Spacious home with spacious kitchen with granite slab counters, essential appliances, tile floor and large shared back yard with fire pit, BBQ and bistro table. Board games and some books to hang out while not sight seeing in beautiful Portland, Oregon. Guest access One private bedroom. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, large front porch with lounge are, and shared backyard space with bistro table/chairs, BBQ and firepit. During your stay I will may be in back house, or work, or our traveling myself. If you happen to catch us coming or going, please say hi! Let us know if you need anything. Other things to note Free on street (no time limit) parallel parking. It's a popular neighborhood - so sometimes on the weekends and evenings you might have to park a block or 2 away. Usually, though, parking on our block (sometimes right in front of house) is available. Portland's tap water is great! Don't hesitate to drink it if you're visiting from out of the area. It's spring water from Bull Mountain Run straight to our tap! Please pay attention to garbage and recycling materials in kitchen, as Portland has some specifics you may not be familiar with in your hometown. Portland only allows garbage pick up every 2 weeks, so we have to be especially careful to properly compost and recycle everything we can! Registration Details 17-178612-000-00-HO
