This property is a part of duplex house, and this listing is on the first floor which can be accessed by stairs (10-15 steps ). We have three more studio units on the first floor and ground floor is a 3bhk property. All the tourist & sight seeing spots like the Cricket Stadium, Kharota sun set point, Norbulingka Institute, Indrunag for paragliding, Mcleodganj etc. are within the vicinity of 5-10kms. This is a road head property ( not on the main highway, making it a peaceful place), you don't have to walk uphill. We also have "La Vita Cafe", within the premises of the building. Guests can order from the comfort of their room from 11 am to 9pm. If you want to mix your leisure with work, we have a dedicated co-working space for you. We have three rescued dogs in this building. They live within the premises and we make sure that they don't bother you un-necessarily. Our happiness is you experiencing it with us in our quaint little cafe surrounded by lovely people with interesting conversations, our furry friends, lively plants & the majestic mountains. The Café specializes in serving Specialty Coffee which is freshly brewed in the café just before serving. The food menu consists of Italian, Chinese, Fresh Bakery, Hot & Cold beverages. We serve healthy whole wheat food with multi grains. Guests can order from the comfort of their room or enjoy the ambience of the cafe savoring freshly cooked delicacies. We serve our in-house guests from 11 am to 9 pm. If you want to mix your leisure with work, we have a dedicated co-working space with high-speed internet wi-fi just for you. Other things to note Feel like you are coming to a home. Me and my whole team will put up every efforts to make your stay beautiful and memorable. Smoking is not allowed inside the room. No loud music is allowed so that other guests don't get disturbed.
