Living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, service area, garage for 1 car (see note below). It has air-conditioning in all rooms, 32” LED cable TV. Kitchen with duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, washing machine, water purifier with antibacterial protection, blender, all kitchen utensils to facilitate the preparation and storage of meals. The bathrooms have a shower stall with tempered glass. All mattresses are covered with bagum (hospital, waterproof and anti-allergy material).
