A beautiful jungle suite, just a couple of steps from the ocean with unique biomimetic design. A circular form, built with bamboo and Chukum traditional Mayan finish on the walls, that keeps the area fresh, this makes it an original suite, ideal for those who want to enjoy the amazing view of the jungle sitting in the privacy of the terrace area next to your plunge pool. This suite includes AC, a terrace, a garden, a private inside bathroom, and a uniquely shaped bed made especially for the room. Is located inside our reconnection sanctuary. Other things to note There is a holding of 5,000 MXN (around 230 USD) to be done during your check in as security deposit, which will be completely refunded when checking out if there is any damage. The access is through the Tulum's National Park entrance (Where Hotel Kore is located). At the Park’s entrance you will be asked to pay the National Park fee, in cash. -Jaguar Park Fee: $294.63 MXN (approx. $15 USD) per person for the entire stay -Daily Fee: $120.74 MXN (approx. $6 USD) per person, per day you enter the National Park. If you arrive after 5:00 PM on your check-in day, you won’t need to pay this fee for that day. However, it must be paid for each day you access the park afterward. We recommend pre-paying this fee at reception for the days you'll be entering and exiting the park. Otherwise, if you try to return to the hotel after 5:00 PM without your ticket, park staff may not allow you to enter. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to process a refund in this case, as the transaction is unrelated to the hotel. The park’s staff will give you a bracelet that you need to wear while in the Park. *These fees are subject to change without prior notice. As soon as we are informed of any changes, we will notify you. These fees include access to: • Trails • Museums • Viewpoints • Restrooms • Golf cart transportation within the National Park • Parking This fee is charged with the intention of minimizing the impact on the delicate ecosystem of the national park while simultaneously contributing to its enhancement and preservation. By participating in this fee system, visitors play a vital role in safeguarding the natural beauty and ecological integrity of the park for future generations to enjoy. Your contribution not only mitigates the environmental footprint but also fosters a deeper sense of responsibility and stewardship towards our precious natural heritage. Our hotel is surrounded by lush nature, offering an authentic jungle experience. While we take precautions to keep wildlife out of guest areas, encounters with typical jungle animals may occur. If you prefer a controlled environment, our hotel may not be ideal. We encourage embracing nature's wonders, but if you have concerns, our staff is here to assist. Please mind the National Park does not allow pets, including service dogs with no Mexican documentation. Please contact us for assistance or more information.
