Family-Friendly Stay: Our apartment is an ideal choice for your family's comfort. While we don't provide baby cots, we warmly welcome families. 9. Environmental Responsibility: Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment. 10. Careful Handling of Property: Handle fragile items with care. Notify us immediately if something is accidentally damaged. 11. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the chute located on the left-hand side of the lift. If you'd prefer, you may leave it in the designated bin for us to handle. 12. No Drugs or Illegal Activities: The use or possession of illegal substances, and any form of prostitution, is strictly prohibited. 13. Property Items: Please do not remove any items from the property. 14. Items Left Behind: A $50 handling fee, plus postage, will apply for any items left on the property. 15.
