Welcome to Villa Jolanda bed and breakfast™ We are in the open countryside of Ferrara, among cultivated fields and farms, for maximum relaxation in the open air. The place is suitable for those looking for tranquility in nature but at the same time easy access to the nearby beaches and the various cities of art and places of historical interest. The house is designed for couples or small groups. Parties or private events can be held. We have RV parking. Reservations are not accepted by one person. The space The accommodation in the bed and breakfast is part of our villa on the first floor in the apartment (no kitchen). There are no steps, as shown in the photo, and it has 3 bedrooms: one double and 2 singles, one of which has 2 beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and hand shower, as well as a washing machine, hairdryer, and the necessary supplies. You will also find a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, cappuccino machine and microwave. Breakfast is buffet style. You can also use the 2 outdoor barbecues and smoke (only outdoors). It is not suitable for children under 12 or infants. The infinity pool has no protection and we do not have a lifeguard. Private parties or events can be held by prior arrangement. We have a fully equipped RV area. Please note that since it is in the countryside, there may be mosquitoes, insects, and small animals. Guest access Remote-controlled driveway entrance at any time. Free indoor parking in the villa. The pool is usually open from June 15 to September 15, but the dates may vary depending on climate changes, and the sun loungers, outdoor shower, and outdoor facilities can be used at your discretion. The house is surrounded by hedges for maximum privacy. It is also possible to organize parties or events on weekends upon contacting us for availability and prior agreement. Other things to note The house is designed for couples or small groups. For organizational reasons, we do not accept bookings for one person. Please note that we are pet lovers and have 3 very calm and friendly dogs. However, we also accept your dog, as long as it weighs no more than 10 kg and is well behaved. We are a B&B for a few people and with little noise, for those seeking true relaxation. We do not accept small children or children under 12 years of age due to safety regulations, as the infinity pool has no protection and we do not have a lifeguard service. We are located 5 km from the train station to Ferrara, close to restaurants and supermarkets. From our location, you can explore attractions such as Porto Garibaldi, Comacchio, Ravenna, the Po Delta Park, and cities such as Bologna, Modena, Mantua, Padua, Treviso, Rovigo, Verona, and Venice.
