After a full day of adventure on the included kayaks, relax in the pool, play cornhole, or have some drinks on the deck while watching the sunset over the water. Access for boat lifts or mooring is also available for $200 The space There are tons of amenities, inside and out. The garage has a Nema 14-50R standard Level 2 charging receptacle inside. This will charge most EVs within a few hours, will work with most all portable Telsa, Rivian, and other EV chargers while you stay. The single car garage is available for use and has a remote ($40 lost remote fee for not returning the remote upon checkout) Guest access Yale wireless lock code is available for self check in and check out, each guest is given a unique randomly generated code which is only set for the time that is alotted for them, it is also deleted post checkout Other things to note Kayaks and their required safety gear are available for guest use FREE while you stay. The boat lift, boat trailer parking and a lift remote control is also available for you if bringing a small watercraft or pontoon boat for an additional fee of $200.00 per length stay for up to 2 vessels (per month on longer stays) and a waiver of all liability of use (the bunks are set closer to accommodate all vessels) The public boat ramp is less than a mile away, and you can store the trailer on property if needing after dropping in. Pool is heated in the months of October through March, and a new larger pool heater was installed Sept 2024 for quick warming of the amazing, refinished pool!!! Pets are always welcome, however please note the $100 pet fee per stay as our furry friends (even if picked up/cleaned up after) leave hair everywhere and require a lot of extra cleaning after the checkout to be absolutely spotless for the next guests. An iron and ironing board are available in the main game closet along with some brooms and mops in case of spills or messes while visitning. Plenty of extra cleaning supplies, towels, dish towels, paper towels, toilet paper, bedding, queen size air mattress, blankets, fuzzy blankets, and pretty much anything you can think of has been provided and if it can be readily supplied with a phone call. There is a whole closet of cleaning tools just in case.
