The space The Chasa Minar is one of the most beautiful and largest holiday homes in the old part of the village of Scuol with space for up to 15 people. You live in a historic, antique ambience. Stylish renovations and a mix of antique and modern furnishings make living in the Chasa Minar a journey into the past with the most modern comfort. The "holiday flat" has a living space of around 200 square metres. There are two typical Engadine lounges, five cosy bedrooms, three bathrooms, three toilets, a farmhouse parlour with an old stove and a modern kitchen with a large dining table. Relaxation is provided by the private wellness oasis with infrared sauna and massage shower. Also available: Own utility room with tumble dryer, washing machine and dehumidifier as well as plenty of space for ski and hiking boots. Whether you are looking for sports or relaxation, the size of the house and the central location in the old village centre offer countless leisure activities. A playground is located directly opposite in the spa gardens. The minimum rent is for up to 10 people. Christmas/New Year from 12 persons. A surcharge will be made for increased occupancy. Guest access The house consists of a single, very large, "two-storey holiday home". You have exclusive access to the whole house as well as to the garden with seating area and barbecue behind the house. 1 parking space in front of the house and 2 parking spaces behind the house are available free of charge. Other things to note The historic architecture of the house with 2 large halls is special. On the ground floor is the entrance hall ("Pierten") with another dining table for 15 people. On the upper floor is the second hall with an antique seating area and a games table. There are also toys for children and board games for the whole family as well as over 100 DVDs
