Welcome to "L'Armateur", a lovely two-rooms appartement located on the ground floor of a small renovated condominium, in the center of Pordic. Private parking. Only a few kilometers from the beaches and the GR34 offering beautiful views of the wild coast and the sea. The space The apartment consists of: - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher... and all the equipment necessary to concoct delicious meals. - A bright living/dining room with a flat screen TV and WIFI. - A corridor which leads to toilets, cupboards, and washing machine. - A pretty, bright bedroom with adjoining bathroom. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will also find towels. It is possible to provide you with a travel cot for your baby on request. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note In the apartment, you will find our "welcome" booklet with our favorite addresses and places to get around in Saint-Brieuc and its surroundings (activities, restaurants, bars, outing ideas, hiking or cycling ideas, etc.). OUR LITTLE MORE: By reservation at least 48 hours in advance (by telephone or text message), we can offer you different options for your breakfast or evening meal, fresh and local products: - Breakfast: pastries, bread, hot drink (coffee capsules or tea bags or milk and chocolate), seasonal fruit, yogurt. Breakfast is delivered to your door on the agreed day between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. An SMS will be sent to you to notify you when it is delivered. - Le panier Breton (except Sundays and Mondays): Composed of a galette and a crêpe and their toppings (egg, ham, cheese for the pancakes and sugar, chocolate and caramel for the pancakes) + 37.5 cl of cider or apple juice. We deliver your package to the door of the apartment conditioned to respect the cold chain. An SMS informs you of its delivery. If you wish, we can also place it in the fridge before your arrival. - Aperitif dinner platter (except Sundays and Mondays): Composed of cheeses, cold meats, spreads and accompaniments. We deliver your tray to the door of the apartment conditioned to respect the cold chain. An SMS informs you of its delivery. If you wish, we can also place it in the fridge before your arrival. - Imperial seafood platter (except Sundays and Mondays): ½ Breton lobster, ½ spider or crab depending on the season, 8 pink shrimp, 6 langoustines, 50 gr of gray shrimp, 100 gr of periwinkles, 4 whelks, 4 oysters, mayonnaise. We deliver your tray by hand.
