Maple Pod at Chapman Hill Farm

Maple Pod is located on our family farm above the sweet village of Witton le Wear. It is one of three pods generously spaced out in their own field, with breathtaking views across the valley. A tranquil farm break with cosy creature comforts inside and nature just outside your door. Relax on your private decking with a good read, or head out to explore the area. A peaceful hideaway for a chilled break away from it all with friends, family or four legged companions! The space Each pod sleeps 4 people in a choice of double beds. With a fully equipt kitchen, dinning area and a comfy sofa the cabins are a great place to unwind with loved ones. In the summer fling the doors open and bask in the sun on the decking, or shut out the cold and hibernate in comfort in the cooler winter months. Each pod has its own fully enclosed decking area perfect for dog and families with young children. With all bedding and towels supplied, smart TV and views for miles all you need to do is relax! Guest access On arrival your pod will be open with the keys inside Other things to note If you are looking for somewhere for a large family gathering we can sleep up to 18 people in three pods and in High Pastures Cottage, all on the farm. Each pod has parking for up to two cars. Please note there are three steps up to the decking area. Parents with young children to be aware there is a ladder up to the mezzanine sleeping area and there is no stairs gate. Parental supervision is required. Please note the pull down bed in the dinning area is heavy so must pulled down with care by an adult. The pods are located on a farm therefore a car is required to get to shops, restaurants and local attractions. The pods are self catering. There will be basic bits in your pod to get you started (a loo roll; a little tea, coffee and sugar, a couple of bin bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponge, tea towel). Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. There is a smart TV. To watch Disney +, Netflix or Prime you will need to log into your own account. If two adults book, a double duvet will be made up unless you request two single duvets instead. Each child that is booked will have a single duvet made up.
