This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located in Cartagena de Guanacaste and has everything you need to create wonderful family memories. Come and stay in our private, quiet and simple house located near downtown Cartagena. It has a private pool and its own parking lot with capacity for 5 cars. It includes Wi-Fi, cable, equipped kitchen, TV, 2 bedrooms and each of them has air conditioning, a double bed, a single (bunk) bed, a trundle bed. The space There is a lot to do within walking distance, such as enjoying a Canopy Tour with family or friends or witnessing incredible sunsets in Las Baulas National Marine Park🌅. You'll also be just 15 minutes away from Guanacaste's best beaches, such as Flamingo, Conchal, Tamarindo, and Potrero! Important! The property has a security camera. When entering the property, the house is located on the left side. In front of the house there is a wall, where the camera is located. When there are guests, the camera will only have a view of the left sector, so it will have a view of the front of the house and the property's gate. The pool is located on the right side of the house, the camera will not have a view of the right sector. We don't have cameras inside the house or in the pool area.
