This is a quiet and safe area suited to families or couples. We recommend up to 4 adults and 2 children. The space As hosts we want to make sure you can relax in the tranquil area around the private pool. This 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet suburban street with parking on the drive way or with off street parking. Self check in with lockbox. The house is fresh and open with glass doors leading out to the patio and pool. The kitchen has a cook top, oven, microwave, water filter, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery you need. Basics such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper etc. are provided. There is a separate laundry with a front loader washing machine. Free unlimited fast wifi. The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The glass door opens out to the entertainment area and pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queens size bed, with air conditioning. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed which can be stored under the single bed if not required. It has a ceiling fan. The lounge room contains recliner chairs, a separate are with a desk and is air conditioned. BBQ in the entertainment area. Guest access You have access to the whole house including the outside of the property and pool. The house is on the ground floor and there is only a small step to enter the front door.
