3 room penthouse loft - centrally Copenhagen

Bright 3 room apartment located on the 4th floor. The apartment has wodden floors and high ceilings, and includes: Entrance hall with access to; bright fully equipped kitchen/living room with direct access to sunny balcony; large bathroom, master bedroom facing the closed courtyard and large guestroom with double bed for 2 people. 

No smoking apartment.
No pets alloved. The space Dear Guests, Thank you for renting Sverrigsgade 6B. We are happy to have you and have included some information to help with your stay. Address Sverrigsgade 6B INSIDE THE HOUSE - Please remove all shoes before entering the apartment. WIFI - INTERNET Network: JBSNET Password: Bliksted1 LAUNDRY Washer & Dryer: Instructions (please dont use the dryer - use the dry racks instead. (If dryer need to be used in an emergency, then you need to clean the filters and remove the water afterwards) KITCHEN Dishwasher To use the dishwasher: Power button → ECO → Start Dishwasher taps are in the closet under the sink or the closet next to the fridge. Wood Counters The counters in the kitchen are made from natural wood. Please wipe down counters and use the two white cleaning trays when washing pots and pans to avoid water getting on counters. Over the Stove Vent Over stove vent is located at the top of the stove - pull out the white part Electric Stove Please note when water is spilled on it, it will shut off. Oven * Flame warning - do not touch the top of the oven with anything flammable including parchment paper. If top of the oven is touched with flammable items fire will ensue. Sink To keep the sink drain free from clogging we keep the kitchen sink stopper in the sink at all times. Please keep the sink stopper in at all times in order to prevent food from going down the kitchen drain. The stopper has two positions open and closed. When it’s open water can drain out. (you can pull up and down with your fingers) Trash We need to sort the trash, so please put plastic, glas and cardboard in the containers all the way to the left in the kitchen (next to the balcony) Fire Extinguisher Located in the kitchen on back wall next to the microwave. OTHER Television Works as a monitor for your computer or iphone with HDMI cable. Just connect and turn on and hit the source button - upper right - then it will display your screen on the TV. Please bring your own HDMI connector if your device does not have a direct HDMI port. You can also change volume and source on the left side of the TV. Speakers You can connect your blue tooth device to the speakers via connecting to APPJ miniedamp play and then there is a small device under the the television (to the left) where you can increase volume. (You can also use audio Jack if you prefer) Heating Please turn off the heating when you leave the apartment Wish you a beautiful stay and thank you for taking good care of the place.
