EU, YOUR HOST, I WILL BE TOGETHER ON YOUR STAY, where we will share the “common spaces” of the apartment. THE GUESTS HAVE THEIR ROOM AND PRIVATE BATHROOM. Garage for a full-sized car. The space The apartment has an integrated living and dining room. . A guest bedroom with a STANDARD DOUBLE bed, AIR CONDITIONING, wardrobe with mirror, TV and MINIBAR. . Private bathroom for guests, outside the room. . Enclosed and private garage in the building with electronic gate and security cameras. . THE GUESTS HAVE THEIR ROOM AND PRIVATE BATHROOM. SUVs and EXTENDED PICKUP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE the GARAGE FOR NOT FITTING. . PS: Kitchen and wash area ARE NOT SHARED with guests. Your host will show you the best restaurants, bars and laundries near the condo. Guest access Guests have free access to their private bedroom and bathroom and the apartment's living room. Kitchen and laundry area are not allowed. During your stay I like to socialize and will be available for any conversation or questions, but I will leave the guests in their privacy and moments of rest, if they so desire.
