The spacious 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 3 people comfortably and has a stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, washer & dryer, and a patio balcony! Surrounded by horse pastures. The property is peaceful and serene, a short drive to the beach, downtown Ocean Springs, food, casinos, and we have pasture & stalls available for traveling with horses & room for trailer parking. Dedicated workspace with FAST internet. The space Enjoy all the peace of the country when you stay above the barn at our 20 acre horse ranch! Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a new memory foam queen bed, stocked kitchenette, dining area, and living room with a sofa and smart TV. The patio balcony has a view of pastures and overlooks the pond. Relax under the trees and watch the sunset, have a picnic and watch the sunset near the horse pastures, and kick back by the fire pit. There are hiking and horseback riding trails nearby. We offer additional farm experience packages with the opportunity to interact and view the animals living on the ranch. Guests can visit with horses, donkeys, cows, and chickens. Take a tour of the barn, meet the animals, feed treats, take photos, pet the animals, and learn about day to day caretaking. The owners on the property live on site and are excited to share it with you! Guest access Guest have full and private access to the apartment and patio. Guests have their own parking area. Guests can enjoy the spacious yard, picnic table, and fire pit outside the barn. Please do not enter pastures or animal enclosures without owners present. Other things to note No hunting or fishing. This is an equine facility. Guests stay at their own risk. Do not enter the barn or pastures without owners being present. Do not feed any animal without permission. We allow 1 dog with your stay. Dog must be under 30lbs. Your dog must be leashed at all times while outdoors. Do not leave dog unattended in the bunkhouse for any amount of time. Owner is to send over proof of recent vaccination records prior to arrival. Horses must have current vaccination records and proof of recent negative Coggins test. No stallions.
