No problem! The full-size sofa bed offers additional sleeping arrangements. Freshen up in the sleek bathroom, featuring a luxurious walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, which include identity verification before check-in. Depending on the property and booking, you may be required to: ● Provide a government-issued photo ID ● Provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID ● Confirm your contact information ● Complete our verification portal Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete. All information collected is used solely for screening and verification — it is not stored or shared for any other purpose. GVR #13647 - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - Pets are not allowed. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
