It is located on a peaceful hill, about 3 km from the charming town of Vamos and 5 km from the nearest sandy beach of Kalyves. A few taverns with Cretan cuisine can be found at about 2 km away. A car is highly recommended during your stay to fully explore the surrounding beauty. The space Villa Grand Fysaeri features a total of six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an additional open bathroom for the area with the private jacuzzi. All guests can relax in a private pool of about 60 sqm, complete with a separate children's pool and a delightful hydromassage feature. The villa also offers an impressive indoor heated jacuzzi area and a fitness room equipped with a stationary bike and a ping-pong table. A bright open plan area with an inviting dining table for 12 persons, a cozy fully-equipped kitchen and a warm living room area with a fireplace is offered on the pool floor. This floor also includes one bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower. An internal staircase ascends to the upper floor, where four bedrooms and three bathrooms are provided. One bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and one more bathroom with a shower are provided. Please note that the beds in the bedrooms with the single beds can easily be converted into king size beds, if needed. On the lower level, you can indulge in comfort with a private heated jacuzzi accompanied by a cozy sofa and a smart TV. Refresh in the convenient shower corner or engage in a workout at the fitness room equipped with a stationary bike and a ping-pong table. The lower floor also hosts a delightful bedroom featuring a queen size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom with a shower. A fully-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an additional WC, further enhance the convenience of your stay. Villa Grand Fysaeri offers a lovely private pool of about 60 sqm, inclusive of a separate children's pool. The pool operates with salt water, providing a gentler and more comfortable swimming experience. An outdoor hydromassage for up to 5 persons adds a touch of luxury. The villa features an inviting outdoor area equipped with comfortable sofas, a shaded dining table under a pergola, sun loungers and a sun umbrella. Other things to note Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and light cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price. Please note that cleaning during your stay begins promptly at 11:00 am. A new tourist tax (climate crisis resilience fee) of 15 Euros per villa per day must be paid on arrival in cash.
