Your accommodation is a unit attached (ANNEX) to the house. Cozy Private Annex Near MCO | Clean, Quiet & Parking, with a Private Entrance. 🚪The door that connects both areas from the inside of the house has locks on both sides to ensure total privacy. 🐾 Our 🐈 cats 🐈‍⬛ live on the property and the neighbors' property. They are curious, affectionate, explorers and usually walk around. If you like animals, they will surely make you smile. ю️ Please note that being in the same house, you might hear some occasional sound from the other side. 🔹 “Other things to note” 🧹 For stays of 30 days or more, the guest is responsible for the intermediate cleaning and supplies such as (soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, toilet paper, dishwasher, garbage bags, detergent, etc.). 💰 For this reason we offer a 21% discount on long stays. 🧺 The property has a washing machine and dryer available for guests to use during their stay. 🗑️ Please take out the trash daily or before Wednesday, the day the regular collection truck passes. ♻️ The recycling truck passes on Thursday, so we appreciate separating recyclable materials (bottles, cans, cardboard, etc.). 🌟 Additional recommendations: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Other things to note 🚪 Instructions for entering the accommodation The parking lot is in front of the main house, which is two-story and burgundy. The street where it is located is a one-way street (cul-de-sac), so it only has one entrance and exit. You can park on the lawn in front of the house, it is allowed to do so there. When you park, you'll see a red wine painted fence; the white door inside that fence is the entrance to the accommodation. Crossing it, you will find a small rustic porch with four steps leading to the main door of the space. 🔑 Access methods: • Inside the lockbox, located to the left of the front door, you will find the keys. • You can also enter using the numeric keypad with the access code you will receive before your arrival. 💡 Important: • The area may seem a little dark at night, but it has solar lights with a motion sensor. • Our cats live on the property, they are quiet and affectionate, and may occasionally come to greet you. 🛏️ Main bedroom: It has a queen bed, a closet for two people, a night table with a lamp and charger, and a TV with built-in Roku where you can enjoy your favorite apps and platforms. And a 9-compartment organizer. This is the only room with a private door. 🛏️ Second bedroom / open area: It has a double single trundle bed and has direct access from the kitchen (open space without a door). 🌬️ Central air conditioning evenly cools the entire house, including the two bedrooms and common areas. 🚿 The bathroom has a shower, four towels, a hairdryer, and a first aid kit located in front of the mirror. 🧺 Laundry area: The washer and dryer are in the hallway after passing the entrance hall. Guests can use them freely during their stay. In the area you will also find ready-to-use laundry soap and softener. 📺 The living room has a TV with built-in Roku and remote control, where you can enjoy your favorite apps and platforms. 💡 If you need help using the equipment, please don't hesitate to ask.
