Monks' Loft is a contemporary haven that embodies the convenience and style of a modern hotel room. Our thoughtfully arranged space is ideal for travellers seeking comfort and practicality. Enjoy a short hassle-free stay with all the essentials at your fingertips, allowing you to relax and unwind without sacrificing the comforts of home. Situated within walking distance of the events venues at Darley Abbey Mills, we are an ideal base for wedding and party guests, or for Peak District adventures. The space The space features a king size bed, 43" TV, kitchenette and en suite. The kitchenette, which includes a kettle, toaster, Lavazza coffee maker and fridge is ideal to provide you with a hot drink or store your favourite snacks and drinks in the fridge. All crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. The en suite features a spacious walk-in shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Towels are provided. The ground floor private entrance to the accommodation is right next to your parking space, the living space is then accessed via an internal staircase. Please note that there are some areas of reduced head height. The loft has underfloor heating with additional heating or cooling provided by an air-conditioning unit. WiFi internet access is available and the provided Smart TV supports all the major streaming services. Tea, coffee and milk are provided within your welcome pack. Guest access The Loft is situated within our property above our detached garage, accessed via a private close. This close is an unadopted road so please bear this in mind when booking as whilst it is not a farm track it is certainly not a perfectly smooth road! Guests will have space to park one car on our private driveway. Other things to note The Loft is not a party venue and only registered guests will be able to use the accommodation. Should the dates you wish to book be unavailable it is always worth dropping us a note as sometimes we block out time for deep cleans and routine maintenance so it may be possible to change those dates. We do not offer bookings on the day of arrival. To ensure you get the best experience possible we operate a 2 days notice advance booking policy.
