Shared spaces being front/backyard, garage, washer/dryer area. We have an Australian Shepard and a Goldendoodle that will be sharing the shared spaces only. No need to tip toe around us as we want you to feel as welcomed and at home as possible. We (my brother and I) are typically very quite and at work most of the time or at family/friends. When we are home if we’re not doing laundry it’s mostly relaxing and catching up on some TV shows. We occasionally have a friend or two over but still respectful!! FOR WORK OR PLAY This place comes with a dedicated workspace for digital nomads in our office room area. KITCHENETTE: Our kitchenette is fully equipped. Aside from the extras mentioned above, we also took no shortcuts and included a countertop cooktop, toaster, microwave, electric skillet, countertop dishwasher, plenty of dish ware, and more. Kitchenette HAS NO STOVE/OVEN. BACKYARD: The backyard is fully fenced AND IS A SHARED SPACE WITH OWNERS AND OUR 2 DOGS! We have a charcoal grill and a black stone flattop grill available for use. Sometimes stored in garage so please feel free to use whenever you’d like. BED SIZE: The bedroom has a king sized bed. Standard sheets, a nice coverlet, and 4 pillows so you can choose your favorite. KING SUITE #1 This room with a King-sized bed with an accessible closet in the room and we do offer a chest to unpack your luggage. BATHROOMS: Bathroom has rainfall shower head, hair dryer/straightener, cotton swabs, cotton balls, hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. DINING AREA: provided is a small kitchen cart rolling island with a leaf and two stowaway stools. Free street parking Guest access What can you as a guest access? We have fully stocked random items for your use. Q- Why is your cleaning fee so high? A- We charge you exactly what our cleaner charges us and not a penny more. We pride ourselves in providing one of the cleanest accommodations you will stay in. They charge us to turn over a place that potentially has a set of linens to wash and dry, a full sized kitchenette and bathroom to make spotless from top to bottom. Our cleaners wipe down and sanitize all surfaces and stick to the highest Covid cleaning protocols. Short term rental cleaners also do so much more than regular home cleaners. They take inventory of anything missing or broken and make sure everything in the home is running properly. Basically, so much goes unseen to keep your space immaculate and functioning optimally from one guest to the next. This is one area we will not budge on in terms of providing superior quality and service, so we chose the best cleaners in the area. Q-I am staying there for longer than 3 days. Do you provide enough paper products for the entire length of my stay? A- We provide a starter kit of paper products but guests who plan on staying longer than 2-3 days will most likely need to supply their own once the starter kit runs out. Q- Can I bring a pet? A- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $300 fine for bringing an unauthorized pet on the premises. Q- Is there parking available? A- Yes, there is free street parking available. The property has its own dedicated parking spots for guests. Or for $25 a stay you can use garage parking when requested prior to arrival. Q- Is the property close to attractions and downtown? A- Yes, the property is located a short drive from New Braunfels, Gruene, Downtown San Antonio, the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and the AT&T Center. It is also a short drive to New Braunfels and the Hill Country. You can easily access these attractions by car or Uber. Q- What amenities are provided in the kitchen? A- The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and dining. It includes a countertop cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and more. We also provide basic cooking essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Q- Is there a washer and dryer available? A- Yes, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the garage. We provide laundry detergent for your convenience. Q- Is there a workspace available for remote work? A- Yes, there is a dedicated workspace in the den area. It is equipped with a desk and chair, making it suitable for digital nomads or anyone who needs to work during their stay. Q- Is there a backyard? A- Yes, the backyard is fully fenced. It provides a private outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Q- Are there any additional charges or fees? A- The rental fee and cleaning fee are the main charges for your stay. However, please note that there may be additional fees for damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of the house rules. These fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. **NO SMOKING INSIDE PREMISES - This will result in a $400 violation fee**
