A short drive to Cavendish Square, Kirstenbosch, the CBD, V&A Waterfront and wine farms and beaches. * Suitable for 2 adults in the bedroom (2 XL single beds pushed together), plus 1 on the single bed in the lounge and a baby in a camp cot. Not suitable for 4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 older children who require a bed each.* The space The Annexe (where you'll stay) has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen room. We have an inverter/solar installed so that there is power if there is load shedding. Giles and Paula are real estate agents and work from the home office above the Annexe. We live in the main house with our two children and our cat Mao. The swimming pool area is a shared space and you'll have exclusive use of a patio and a gated garden which faces the park. Guest access You'll have access to the Annexe (below our office), the pool area and a private patio with small garden. Your car will park off street and you'll walk down our driveway to the Annexe. Other things to note We have a cat called Mao and we will ensure he doesn't get too comfortable in your space if you don't like cats. No dogs please. The Laundry Room laundromat is within walking distance.
