This beautiful house is located very well in Malleshwaram, Bangalore within 600meters (10min) walking distance from popular restaurants like CTR, Veena Stores etc. One of the oldest neighborhoods in Bangalore with the best South Indian food! This house is a cultural trip. The elements of decor, wall art and the house all have a story to tell symbolic of the area and the era of the house. You'll hear quaint temple bells all around. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood in Malleshwaram, this 2 bedroom house features well done up rooms and bathrooms with a cultural vibe. The house consists of 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is attached while the other is a common bathroom. Both bathrooms have a shower unit and geyser. There is a lovely living room and dining area too. The TV is a smart TV and you can login to your Netflix or Amazon Prime etc. accounts and enjoy your favorite content. There are also some card games placed in the drawers in the TV unit in case you'd like to have a fun game night. Two-Wheeler & Four-Wheeler parking is available right outside on street level around the property. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi in all rooms, bed linen, towels, Iron with Iron Board and cutlery. You'll have a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like a gas stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, pans and a cooker. The kitchen also has an RO Filter for filtered drinking water. This property is situated about 10 minutes from the World Trade Center, Orion Mall etc. Sankey Tank is just 10mins away too and ideal for your evening walks as you unwind. There is also an inverter for backup power in case of power cuts which can last 4 hours, although the power is rarely out for over an hour. Please Note : Mobile network isnt great in most parts of the house unfortunately. The Wi-Fi works great though and it's a 300MBPS line so shouldn't be an issue. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once in 3 days. I would personally love to make your stay as pleasant as possible . Please do not hesitate to ask any questions!
