Description
We are located in Duddingston, offering comfortable facilities close to the City Centre, Portobello Beach, Arthur's Seat and the Figgate Park which hosts a Parkrun every Saturday. The private room is upstairs and has a double bed, coffee/tea station & work desk. You will also have a private bathroom w/ toiletries & towels. Continental breakfast is included. Guests are welcome to use a lounge on the ground floor to unwind after a day of exploring as well as a secluded rear garden. The space The private bedroom holds one double bed (135cm X 190cm) for a maximum of two people. A cot is also available for an infant aged 0-2 years. There is a bathroom on the same floor for the sole use of guests, the shower is situated over the bath. A lounge on the ground floor can be used by guests to relax. Guest access The double bedroom and private bathroom with full size bath and an electric shower is situated upstairs. Breakfast will be served in our open dining area. A lounge is available for guests use to unwind after a day sightseeing. During your stay I live in the house with my husband, Willie. If we are not at home contact numbers will be provided. Willie and I will be more than happy to help guests in any way we can. Other things to note The accommodation is in a lived in family home. There are shops within walking distance from the house. A car hire firm is also nearby. We look after our two lively grandchildren two days a week however we will ensure to keep them away from guest's private spaces during their stay. We occasionally look after our children’s dogs, Cooper, a black lab and Rolo, a working cocker spaniel. Both dogs are very friendly. We would, of course, keep the dogs away from the parts of the house where the guests would be. Registration Details EH-71819-F
