The space is a kind of inn with 5 ground floor apartments. The apartments are well maintained and are always undergoing modernization renovations annually. We have been conducting vacation rentals for more than 20 years at the site and have a large portfolio of satisfied customers (as can be seen from the more than 180 comments on my profile). - Each apartment has its own individual entrance and the experience is very private for each guest. - The apartments have a large bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom on a mezzanine with 2 single beds. - All rooms are air-conditioned. - The apartment has a full kitchen and basic utensils for use during your stay. - Each apartment has a private and exclusive barbecue area inside the apartment. - We provide hotel-standard bed linens and towels, with the possibility of changing them during your stay. - We lend 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 cooler to take to the beach, which is almost in front of the building. - In front of the property, there is a parking space for 5 cars, with 1 car per apartment. - Guests with more than 1 car can leave the second vehicle on the street, which is residential and always has a space available in front.
