Roadside parking is also permitted outside of the gated wall. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE GATE. Guests have full access to the apartment. The upstairs apartment space is completely private. Visitors outside of the guest listed on Airbnb must be approved by the host. All visiting guest approved by the host are not allowed to park inside the gate. Visitors are permitted to park on the roadside only. Other things to note Due to our property cleaners' schedules as we host multiple properties, early check-ins and late checkouts can only be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that arrival times can vary. Since we often have guests checking out the same day, early check-in and late check-out may be possible for a fee for each separately. This is subject to availability. We’re happy to offer complimentary luggage drop-off if you arrive before our 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM check-in time. Please send us a quick message in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Our cleaning crew will accept your luggage or hold after check-out. We do not allow guests inside the unit under any circumstances during cross over cleaning. Last minute requests of less than 48 hours for early check-in or late check outs unfortunately are unable to be accommodated. Kindly be mindful to make provisions for potential early arrivals and late departures significantly outside of check-in at 3:00pm and checkout times at 11:00am. We are on one electrical grid in The Bahamas. During this period, it is customary that residential homes and major resorts in The Bahamas can experience power outages. The property does not have a generator. Due to this you will note a supply of power outage items are located in the apartment on a shelf by the washer & dryer. (Flashlight, Lanterns, Radio extra batteries). We hope to avoid these occurrences, however, if the need arises these are provided for your comfort.
