Cozy Clearfield Cottage -Private yard w/ hot tub

Your own 2 Bed, 1 Bath single-level home with a nice secluded yard is the perfect place to stay. Our cozy little 1,000 sq. ft. updated cottage-style home has everything your small group or family needs while you’re here visiting. Conveniently located between Salt Lake and Ogden, your stay in Clearfield is just a few minutes west of I-15 and HWY- 84, providing access to 2 world-class ski resorts, multiple lakes for fishing & boating, and several state parks all within a 30-min drive. The space INSIDE Walk in and find storage space for all your gear and equipment and seating for 6 on the sectional and two recliners in the family room. It’s the perfect place for everyone to enjoy a movie and to warm up by the fire after a day at the ski resort. A separate dining area and large island provide plenty of space at mealtime and a great place to sit and work if needed. (We also offer high-speed internet and a smart TV with access to your favorite streaming services). KITCHEN In our kitchen, you’ll find the basic essentials, dishes, cookware, and appliances including a full-size fridge with ice maker, microwave, electric range, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, toaster, and a BBQ grill for cookouts in the backyard. BEDROOMS Simple, clean, and comfortable, each of the 2 bedrooms has a small closet and offers easy access to the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed with an additional pull-out twin giving you the ability to sleep up to 5 in the bedrooms, if needed. BATH & LANDRY Brand new bathroom with lots of counter space and extra-large tub and shower is centrally located between the bedrooms and the laundry room that offers a washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry (or even just dry anything out after an amazing powder day at the mountain). We provide basic bathroom supplies( hand soap, towels, toilet paper) please note, we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Sometimes guests leave their left over products. We leave them if any guests would like to use them. OUTSIDE The backyard not only provides a private space for you to sit and enjoy amazing sunset views over Antelope Island, but it’s a great place to sit and relax by the fire on the patio, gather the family at the table for a BBQ, and to finish off your day by soaking in the hot tub on the back patio. The backyard is not completely fenced in. (If you will be traveling with pets, see our other remarks in the pet section) also please note our 3 outdoor security cameras. Guest access Enjoy access to the entire home and yard while you are here. There is also a big driveway that offers plenty of off-street parking even if you are traveling with a trailer or will have multiple vehicles. Other things to note Parties/ large gatherings or other similar events that may cause damage to the home and/or property or that would potentially disturb neighbors with disruptive noise or behavior are NOT allowed. Any violation of this rule may result in additional fees and guests will be asked to leave. *Small pets are allowed (20lbs or less) at our home but are Not Allowed in the bedrooms (the only carpeted areas). They also are not allowed on the furniture as a courtesy for other guests that may have allergies. Pets should Not be left unattended. The backyard is not completely fenced. *please clean up after your pet* We provide bags to clean up after pet, please use trash can on side of house. *If any additional cleaning is needed due to breaking these house rules, there will be an additional cleaning fee.
