Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We live on 4 acres with large native trees in the back. We aim at being environmentally friendly. Most our electricity comes from solar panels, we recently also got a battery installed, Our place is in about 12 min.walking distance from shops, a pub, newsagent post office and more. Thirlmere lakes National Park is 10 km away. Thirlmere hosts a very popular Steam Museum. There are many bush walks nearby. Other things to note I have decided to not contribute to plastic waste whenever possible. So bins will be lined with paper. There are additional containers outside for compost, recycling and a bucket for waste you don’t want to keep inside. I don’t expect you to empty the bins.
