It sits next to a charming barn with stunning views across rolling pastures and forests, stretching to Mount Maunganui and the vast open ocean. Within a short drive, you'll find Tauranga's sandy beaches and the serene Waipapa River, winding through Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park. Mount Maunganui Ocean Beach is also just a quick drive away, with Hamilton and the scenic Waikato region an hour's drive from here. Nearby attractions include the majestic Wairere Falls, the scenic Te Puna Quarry Park, and the peaceful McLaren Falls Park. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for you to use. IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform you that this accommodation is a farm stay with farm animals on site, which sometimes creates noise. If you're not an early riser, we recommend bringing earplugs. Guest access Guests have access to the tiny home and can explore the farm with their hosts' permission. However, guests will not be allowed to enter paddocks where the cows are grazing or enter farm buildings. Other things to note - Wifi is not available - Pets are not allowed - Potable water is available - Gas or Charcoal BBQ grills are available to use - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Spark has good signal reception, the rest have weak signal - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas - Farm experience is subject to the host's availability and by prior notice - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Farm guidelines will be provided before your booking is confirmed.
