Living in a two-family house on the 2nd floor. The garden area, children's playground, sandbox, table tennis table and a charcoal grill can be used by arrangement. A tiled stove can be fired up and brings a lot of well-being. There is a private garage space with an automatic door available. The space The rooms are lovingly furnished by carpenters with solid wood. The bathroom has a shower and a corner bathtub to relax. The toilet is located in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the induction ceramic hob, oven, mini oven, dishwasher, fridge with beverage cooler and freezer compartment and much more. Guest access The apartment has its own access. The garage and the driveway gate can be opened with a separate remote control that hangs on the inside of the entrance door. Other things to note During the winter months, we need a bit of lead time to heat the apartment to a comfortable temperature.
