Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. In 15 minutes by public transport to Graz and only a few km to Leibnitz, the Styrian Tuscany. Living in a two-family house on the 2nd floor. The garden area, children's playground, sandbox, table tennis table and a charcoal grill can be used by arrangement. A tiled stove can be fired up and brings a lot of well-being. There is a private garage space with an automatic door available. The space The rooms are lovingly furnished by carpenters with solid wood. The bathroom has a shower and a corner bathtub to relax. The toilet is located in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the induction ceramic hob, oven, mini oven, dishwasher, fridge with beverage cooler and freezer compartment and much more. Guest access The apartment has private access. The garage and the entrance gate can be opened with their own remote control, which hangs on the inside of the entrance door. Other things to note During the winter months, we need some lead time so that the apartment is heated to a comfortable temperature.
