It features an Open living room and kitchen floor plan with a stair landing that extends across the entire length of the house and looks down into the living room. On the first story, are two bedrooms with a bathroom in between, and on the second story there are also two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. There is a deck in the back for barbecuing, and eating. Also a propane fire pan for roasting marshmallows or relaxing around the fire.
