Upon arrival you will be given the access code to the door. Other things to note •There will be extra charges per guest per night for guests who stay over that are not on the original reservation. • Absolutely no parties or events should be hosted on property. No larger gathering than 6 persons. • There is a strict no smoking policy inside the apartment. There will be $250 fine charged if evidence of smoking is found and may result in the termination of your booking. • Please do not get makeup on towels or linen. There will be a $50 replacement fee charged per item. • Turn off ac unit when utilizing the stove and/or when windows and doors are open. • Please do not remove items from the airbnb you will be charged for the replacement of the missing item. • The garbage disposal is located at the main entrance on the wall to the far left when facing the roadway. • Let me know ahead of time if you may require an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time. This may come at an additional cost and is based upon availability. • Please be mindful of your neighbors. • There is an unfinished structure at the top of the building.
