Spare Room Fully Furnished

Located in quiet area in Newburgh, but close to stores, restaurants, walking trails, and the Ohio river. You'll have full access to kitchen and laundry as well as Driveway parking. The space Furnished Spare bedroom. Full Bathroom is technically a guest bathroom, but I will not have guests while during your stay and will only be used by you. Guest access You'll have full access to kitchen, Laundry room, and common space. This includes backyard and deck. During your stay I will minimize my presence during your stay, mainly just be there to sleep or do laundry. However, you can ask me any questions while I am there or call/text me when I'm out.
