Leave your car at the accommodation and save 50 reais on Beto Carrero's parking lot. The house is clean, comfortable, has air-conditioning, a queen-size bed, a bunk bed and another single mattress. Sleeps up to 5 people. PLEASE READ: "OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION" (below, at the bottom of the page) The space This space is unique, as it is just 200 meters from the incredible Beto Carrero World park! Leave your car parked in the lodging's patio. WE DO NOT HAVE A COVERED GARAGE! Safe location. Street with quiet neighbors, no disturbances. The beach is just 1.5 km away! The market is 1 km away. The house has a large and spacious area for children to play. Walk 5 minutes to BETO CARRERO. Walk to the end of the street, where you will cross a "mini bridge," and cross the main avenue in the pedestrian crossing. The pedestrian park entrance is in front of the end of the pedestrian crossing. Guest access The guest has the whole house to himself! Private bedroom, bathroom and kitchen! Large area for shared use with other guests. Other things to note A limited number of essentials are provided upon guest arrival: 1 hairdryer for the house. In bed: 1 sheet + 1 microfiber blanket, 1 pillow for each guest, throughout the stay (no change), 1 bath towel for each guest (no change). In the bathroom: 1 face towel in the bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 carpet, 1 squeegee. In the kitchen: salt, olive oil, 1 detergent, 1 dish towel, 1 sink cloth, a garbage bag in each dumpster. When these products run out during their stay, the guest will have to buy them on their own. In the kitchen, all necessary basic utensils, including: pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, cups, containers, microwaves. We do not offer filtered water, only treated water from the city's supply network. Each guest needs to buy their own water at the market. ***IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER ANY BEACH ITEMS!*** We do not have items such as: chair, umbrella or beach towel. Important information: Do you have towels? Yes, we provide a bath towel for each guest. (Only use during the entire stay. No change of towels) Do you have sheets, pillows and covers? Yes, we offer 1 set of full bed linen for use during the stay. (There are no exchanges) Do you offer breakfast? No! We do not have breakfast service, however, all our houses have a full kitchen, with all the utensils. There are also bakeries near the house. Do you have laundry service? No! But in the city, there are several laundries. Including a self-service laundromat. Can I get in before Checkin ? No, because we have other guests who will be in the house before you, and I need time to carry out the complete cleaning of the house and change of bedding. What time of checkin and checkout? Checkin from 3 pm and can be held until midnight. Checkout must be made up to 11 hours (without exception). Do you have beach items, such as chairs and umbrellas? No! On the beach there are people who rent these items. Do you sell tickets to Beto Carrero? No. And we encourage all guests to purchase in advance from the official website of Beto Carrero (at the box office, it is often more expensive) Is the house shared with others? No! All of our homes are unique and exclusive to guests. What can I do to learn more about the city? Is the city dangerous? No. Penha is a small, quiet town. Occurrences of thefts are small.
