Guest access Unit located in building 4 at room 209, 4th floor and by stairs. I am on meet-up process for check-ins and check-outs. During check-in, I will then meet you (or any of my endorsed representatives) at the condo area to assist you my space on the 4th floor. The in-house security personnel may ask you to sign up the guest-sheet at main gate entrance and will be have need of a copy of your government-issued ID for security reason. During check-out we will meet you again to check the unit and for keys turnover or (or any of my endorsed representatives) All through check-out you might be asked to sign up the guest-sheet again. The entire condominium is also set with 2 swimming pools and some jogging trails for wellness and physical workout.
