Enjoy a relaxing visit just steps from beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Our family friendly home, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from Weirs Beach & the Boardwalk. This new construction home is beautifully decorated and fully equipped to make you feel at home. Just 12 mins from the local ski mountain, 5 mins from BankNH Pavilion, walking distance to Lake Winni., or the neighborhood pool, there is so much to do year round. Come make lasting memories, at Memory Lane NH! The space Entrance, mudroom, and laundry are on the ground level. The main living space is up a flight of stairs. Also, those with pet allergies there is a dog that occasionally visits this home. Guest access There is no access to Garage. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use all beach equipment in laundry room. There is a cooler, 2 beach chairs, wagon, tubes, pool noodles, beach toys, etc. Please wipe off sand and return to same location when guest leaves. Beach/Pool towels are also provided for guests during the summer months. Those can be found by the front door. Enjoy!
