Bright and Spacious Family Home

Welcome to our bright, spacious and recently refurbished family home. It is very well appointed for a comfortable family stay. We are on a quiet residential street and are lucky to look onto a lovely children’s park and cricket ground at the front and have a large private garden at the back. At the end of the road is Leyton Midland Overground station and a 15min walk or short bus ride to a tube station to central London in 30mins. There are handy shops and amenities also at the end of the road. The space The house is a home for our family with all the amenities that would be needed. There are wooden floors throughout the ground floor with a bright, south- facing lounge with sofas and a projector for movies. This is separated by large wooden doors from a children’s play room/reception room with a TV watching space. This room can also be used for a larger dining area if needed as there are craft tables for the children that can become dining tables. We have an attractive downstairs toilet and utility room that opens onto the garden if washing needs to be done. The kitchen is a space designed for family cooking. It has a modern induction hob and double oven/microwave, dishwasher and a comfortable dining space. You can sit at the breakfast bar or at the table and look out of the glass doors to the garden or eat on the deck if it’s warm. The garden is a large and fun space for children, with a swing and tree house in which to play. Upstairs, we have a spare room/office with a double futon bed and a desk that looks over the garden. The next door room is a bathroom with a deep roll-top bath and separate rain-style shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom is grand, calm and has a king size bed with soft sheets and feather pillows and three south-facing windows overlooking the park. The second bedroom is the children’s room with a fun double bed on a platform and a small toddler bed beneath. There are toys for any children to play with. This room could also have an adult-sized mattress on the floor if needed. There is high speed WiFi throughout the house and easily adjustable heating and water with the Nest system. The house is fully double glazed and insulated so it is warm in winter and cool in summer. The pictures should also help, but do ask questions if anything is unclear.
