WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.   Villa Casa Duarte is located between the resorts of Acoteias and Olhos D'agua. There is a cafe and a restaurant within 10 minutes walk and  few more bars, gift shops and a supermarket within a further 5 minutes away towards the centre of Acoteias. The renowned 9 hole Pine Cliffs golf course is also located in Açoteias, which is perfect for beginners and advanced players.
