Beautiful house located in Balneário 7 de Setembro A, 150 meters from the beach. The house has excellent ventilation, with great furniture and a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for everyday life, with a barbecue, smartv and refrigerator. We are 3 km from the north jetty of the island (center - Firefighters), 1 km from the Coca Cola lagoon (south direction), 1.2 km from Mercado Sol (north direction) and 26 km from the fishing village of Pedrinhas (south direction). ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED, TABLE OR BATH LINENS*** The space Our little corner is structured as follows: - 2 bedrooms with 7 beds in total. - 2 bathrooms. - Space for a home office with an extra monitor (second screen). - Gourmet area with ample space with barbecue, retractable sofas, sofa bed. - Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and all basic kitchen utensils. - Support tank for quick washing (manual). - Garage for 4 cars with lockable gate. The space is ideal for families and friends seeking to enjoy the peace and nature of Ilha Comprida. From the gourmet space, you will have a special view of the beach, sunset and garden. In one of the bedrooms, we have an en-suite bathroom for the exclusive use of guests, and the other bathroom is located in the gourmet area. Our garage space accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with a lockable gate and security camera. We have a beautiful garden with fruit trees, coconut trees, and plants. The gourmet space has all the kitchen utensils, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, barbecue, Smartv, and a home office desk, all in excellent condition. NOTES: ***The house has 2 floors, the first floor being the residence of my parents (Marques and Hilda) where they have two gentle medium-sized dogs (a border collie and an SRD) and the second floor is an entire space for guests. Pets are very welcome in our corner! ***The space on the second floor where we receive our guests mentioned above is TOTALLY PRIVATE, where only guests have access. ***The backyard is a COMMON AREA, being shared and also used by pets. ***Ilha Comprida is a preservation site with a natural environment rich in fauna and flora. Please be responsible for this paradise and help preserve it! Do not litter on the beaches, trails, river, ponds, or streets. Carry bags to put your trash in and dispose of it properly, or wait for the nearest trash can! ***In our little corner, make conscious use of water and electricity! ***In high season, we may have reduced water pressure or lack of water at certain times of the day, due to the high volume of tourists in the city (it is not a factor exclusive to our location). ***Also, due to the excess of people in the city during high season, it is also possible that the local internet (4G) will suffer from fluctuations or temporary outages. ***WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED, TABLE OR BATH LINENS. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire second floor of the house, backyard, bathrooms, garden, backyard and parking space. The ground floor is uniquely and exclusively accessible to the residence's co-hosts. Other things to note Check-in can be done from 11 a.m. on the day of booking and check-out by 5 p.m. on the departure date. Any situation requiring a different check-in or check-out than expected can be negotiated and must be agreed upon in advance.
