The space The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfy queen size bed, and the living room also has a queen sofa bed. Plus, it comes with a 2-1 ventless combo washer and dryer, so you can do your laundry easily. It can fit up to 6 people in total. It has water cistern and solar system with Lithium Batteries Storage that can run all utilities and air conditioning during power outages. Guest access The whole property, the only place that is share with other guests are the laundry and the patio. This unit 1A has an exclusive reserved parking inside the property. Other things to note You will feel like your home with all amenities and tools to enjoy your trip and stay with us. Our property was design and build by me as a real Caribbean Green Building, it is ultra efficient in all appliances with full solar system with batteries that can run all utilities, air conditioning and appliances with out any problem during power interruptions or under any circumstances such as storms, even hurricanes. It is a super strong bunker made of Insulated concrete to reduce heat load, it is Hurricane Proof and EARTHQUAKE Proof. and very peaceful. The property has also a water cisterns to avoid any water interruption also.
