It is located in a small rural community near Preetz, in Schellhorn. The landscape is characterized by hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails totaling 74 km in the form of an 8 (Schusteracht). The boat and bike rental is within walking distance towards Kirchsee. The apartment is centrally located in the village. Next door you will find the Sparkasse and bus stop. The Edeka market is 170 m away. Preetz train station: 2.0 km Center: 1.5 km The apartment has a total area of 40 square meters. The cozy attic has two single beds. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. In addition, we have set up another single bed in the changing room. Theoretically, five people can stay here. However, we would like to recommend a smaller number of people so that the coziness is maintained. From 2 people, the price per person increases by €35.00. Cyclists can safely store their bikes in a lockable bike shed. There you will also find a repair kit and a load hoist, as well as small tools. A kitchenette as well as TV and Wi-Fi are also available. The apartment overlooks the garden. Guest access: The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor with separate entrance and lockable apartment door. You will receive the key at check-in.
