EQUIPMENT LOCKER: Just inside the building entrance is your equipment locker, perfect for storing golf clubs, skis, snowboards, poles, and boots during your stay. Please note it does not fit bikes. Be sure to keep the key in a safe place, as a $25 fee will apply for any lost keys. Pickup is at the end of the driveway. The shuttles run every 20 minutes and takes you to Snowshed Base. You can take the shuttle home from the Snowshed base. You also have the option to ski back to the condo using the Whiffletree/Edgemont ski home trails conditions permitting. Check the resort website for trail status. For your comfort, a ceiling fan is provided in the bedroom along with a portable fan. Most of the time, the cool mountain breezes offer a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. CLEANING: The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay. While we do not have or allow pets in the condo, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. NO PETS: Per Condo Association Rules, only owners may have a pets in the unit. Please note that disregarding this policy will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund. If it is found that an animal has been in the unit, a $250 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and upholstery treatment. We are happy to provide recommendations for local overnight pet sitting services. CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer a 5-day cancellation policy with a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your booking. ACCESSIBILITY: The building entrance is down 5 steps from the parking lot, and the unit is up a half flight of stairs. Due to stairs, the unit is not accessible for wheelchairs or those with difficulty navigating steps. Nearby hotels with elevators and handicap-accessible rooms are available. QUIET HOURS 10pm - 8am. Please respect our other guests and our neighbors. NO SMOKING in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is permitted outside in the parking area. Use of fireworks are not permitted on the premises. If the unit has been found to have been smoked in, a $500 fee will be charged. NO PARTIES or large gatherings. Occupancy is restricted to four (4) guests. Please NO bikes, ski, snowboard gear or boots in the condo. Guests may leave equipment in the hallway or ski locker. Guests should lock equipment when not in use. Owner is not responsible for loss, damage or left of personal property. NO GRILLS in the unit or on the balcony as they are a fire hazard to all residents. There is an outdoor charcoal grill for guest use near the playground. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: Guests are responsible for any additional fees, costs, surcharges, or fines resulting from breaking house or HOA rules, excessive cleaning, damage, theft, pets, breaking occupancy rules, smoking, lock-out services, ordering paid TV programming, or loss of locker keys. In booking this property, guests and all members of their party agree to hold harmless the owner for any injury or other harm on the property or within the premises. Owner is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of guests personal property. Valuables, bikes, ski equipment should be locked when not in use. SWIMMING POOL: The outdoor swimming pool is a shared amenity and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. No glass is permitted in the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests assume all responsibility for themselves and members of their party and agree to supervise children at all times. Host and Condo Association are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss related to pool use.
