You'll share the bathroom with another guest room. This bedroom has a generously sized closet. Note: Guests staying 30+ nights must complete a background check prior to reservation approval. The space Our shared facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with two large fridges, providing ample space for your culinary needs. Step outside to the patio for a breath of fresh air or take advantage of our laundry facilities for added convenience. If you're feeling active, feel free to make use of the on-site tennis court. Please note that the property accommodates a total of 7 people, with other rooms also available for rent. Experience comfort, convenience, and community during your stay at our property. This is a non-smoking unit. Other things to note - Failure to return keys will result in a $50 charge. Kindly note that we request approval from the host for any additional guests or visitors on the property after 10 PM. Fixed monthly tax for the reservation goes towards utilities and furniture. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper for arrival. For the remainder of your stay, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies they may need. - Please note that all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID or passport photo prior to check-in.
