Old and new in perfect harmony. Renovated part of an old Nordland house from about 1890 with visible timber interior, new modern kitchen and bathroom. 3 bedrooms. New part with large windows and spectacular views of mountains and sea. Now also including a wood burning hot tub The space "Gammelstua" is located at Straumnes in Rolvsfjord, 20 meters from the shoreline. Renovated/extended in 2016. You will find the house on a secluded spot on the estate, with an idyllic location facing south-west. Rolvsfjord is located in the middle of Lofoten, south on Vestvågøy and it is close to the airport (LKN) and coastal port of call. On site photo guiding services and other activities depending on weather and the time if the year. Please ask us for an activity menu. The famous Lofoten Golf Link is just a short drive away and the fishing possibilities are excellent. If you are eager on fly-fishing, there is a stream 50 m from the front deck where you can catch salmon and sea trout. In summertime, watching the midnight sun from the top of the mountain, or in winter time, exploring the northern light just out side the lodge.
