Relax in this comfortable gite in the French countryside. A home from home, the accommodation is warm and cosy and provides all that you will need for your French getaway. Spend your time relaxing on the patio, enjoying the peaceful surroundings or enjoy cosy evenings in front of the wood burner. There's plenty to amuse you; plenty of walking routes in the valley, visit the local activity centres, sample the great wines and cuisine at the many restaurants, cafes and bars. The space Inside this gorgeous gite you have a main double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining room leading to the cosy salon with wood burner. The bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower unit. Laundry facilities are provided. Hair dryer / iron and ironing board in the property. Guests have access to the onsite leisure complex, a shared facility. It has a gym with treadmill, smith rack with weights, spin bike and rowing machine. The 13m indoor pool is heated and the games room upstairs has table tennis, snooker and pool tables. Parking is to the front of the property and there is an EV charger on site. For the benefit of guests, we provide free WIFI. Outside, there is a small patio area with a table and chairs and access to the main garden. A portable charcoal bbq is provided. Our site is pet free and smoke free. Guest access You have access to the onsite leisure complex, the main garden with decked seating area and barbecue and the pétanque terrain, shared with any other guests on the site. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
